Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day HR Administration incl. HR documentation (e.g. contract management, payroll preparation)
- Drive automation across key people operations processes
- Ensure excellent end-to-end onboarding experience
- Act as a main point of contact for our employees located in Germany and Spain
- Implement people management disciplines across the entire employee lifecycle including compensation and benefits, people development, and performance management to achieve business goals and increase employee satisfaction
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of German legal requirements related to the day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance (the knowledge of Spanish labor law is a plus)
- Drive the development of an exciting workplace culture where employee performance can be supported and enhanced effectively
