    Job Description

Responsibilities:

As a forward thinking, hands on Senior Human Resources (HR) Manager, you will focus on a variety of tasks in the whole employee journey at RepRisk. Our ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels and provide guidance on people topics from performance and compensation to employee engagement, change management, and employee relations, and drive people excellence by establishing robust processes. This role is based in Zurich, will report to the Chief People Officer (CPO), act as the deputy of the CPO as required, and coach our senior people team.

In this role, you will:

  • Work with the CPO and HR team in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the RepRisk business goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team and all employees on all HR-related issues.
  • Manage employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
  • Drive the company’s culture and values, ensuring they are integrated into all aspects of the business.
  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract top talent.
  • Ensure performance management processes are effective and support the company’s growth and goals.
  • Support in the annual salary review planning and execution and develop competitive benefits programs that align with business objectives.
  • Support in the development and implementation of effective career development and leadership development programs.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the HR department.
  • Implement HR technologies and systems that improve efficiency and support business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor HR team members, fostering professional growth and development as well as promote a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement within the HR function.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive.
