Description:

HR MEDICAL STAFFING LEAD

Castlefield Recruitment are working in partnership with an NHS organisation in London that requires a HR Medical Staffing Lead on a 3 month temporary contract. The salary pay rate for this post is between £25ph and £35ph depending on experience and the client supports a hybrid working style.

KEY EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS WILL INCLUDE:

  • Minimum CIPD Level 5
  • Educated to Master’s level or equivalent medical staffing experience
  • Experience in senior medical staffing in an NHS environment
  • Experience in medical and dental staff employee relations case work
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills, and be confident in presenting

Work Location: Hybrid remote in London SW6 1A

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Senior HR Medical and Dental Professional to all divisions / corporate areas, developing a thorough understanding of the service and the Medical and Dental issues to ensure that their workforce requirements are identified and addressed in a timely manner.
  • Write, submit and present reports / papers / briefing notes / restricted data on medical and dental staff related matter as required / determined by the Head of HR / Deputy Chief People Officer to the appropriate governance forum and negotiating committees.
  • Contribute to the Trust’s Annual Report and the Framework of quality assurance for responsible officers and revalidation annual report / statement of compliance.
  • Determine appropriate service level KPI’s key (as agreed with Head of HR / Deputy Chief People Officer), addressing areas of concern and supporting plans to address risk. Analyse and recommend ways to improve key performance indicator data for medical workforce
  • Provide advice and support to managers and / or the HR Team on medical and dental staff terms and conditions of service, interpreting legislation and national terms and conditions where necessary.
