Join us in this role where you’ll be one of our domain experts within employee life cycle administration. Working with our HR processes, you’ll handle tasks related to the hire-to-retire (H2R) life cycle, e.g. contracts, promotions, immigration processes, and offboarding, etc. Your key role will be to provide top-of-class people services to enable a great people leader and employee experience and a strong business impact.
Responsibilities:
YOU’LL PLAY AN IMPORTANT ROLE IN:
- ensuring high-quality employee administration, e.g. employment contracts and addenda, promotions, and offboarding in close collaboration with your HR colleagues across the organisation
- supporting HR business partners and managers in contract-related matters
- providing HR Operations advice to the wider team
- supporting projects and new initiatives.
TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE, YOU:
- have an understanding of the H2R life cycle and experience with HR support such as contracts, promotions, offboarding, immigration processes, etc.
- have an understanding and knowledge of the Danish labour law and collective agreements
- are curious and have a proactive, structured, and analytical approach to your work
- speak and write Danish and English fluently
- most important is that you have the right mindset and are motivated to learn.
