Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Human Resources (HR) Product Strategy consultant to support all products across HR helping drive our strategic vision and focus on compelling business outcomes for our initiatives. This role is critical in helping our product teams deliver next-generation solutions for all Wells Fargo employees.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner across our full portfolio to provide strategic direction and insights for our HR Products.
  • Drive strategic storytelling and compelling presentations to Senior Leadership on our Product strategy and key initiatives.
  • Ability to distill complex concepts into clear business outcomes.
  • Be future leaning and focus on value of AI / GenAI in our HR of the Future.
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business.
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership.
  • Provide Business Management Support of key organizational routines.
