YOU’LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • HS Diploma / GED
  • 5+ years’ Workday HCM administration experience.
  • Proven hands-on experience in business requirements gathering and solution delivery, preferably as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Manager.
  • A strong technical background with HR, recruitment, payroll, and collaboration tools (Workday experience is a must).
  • Experience drafting and delivering HRIS-related documentation, including solution documents and technical/functional specifications.
  • Experience with Workday’s development tools, including Workday Studio, calculated fields, and Workday Extend, to build, optimize, and maintain integrations and custom solutions within the Workday ecosystem

THESE QUALIFICATIONS WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to articulate technical concepts and establish effective working relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Certification or training in Workday HCM is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, business administration or a related field.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and staying up to date with the latest HRIS advancements.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
  • Regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, operate computer keyboard and controls, and communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Must be physically able to commute to buildings.
  • Occasional exposure to dust, fumes and moderate levels of noise.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, optimization, and maintenance of HR systems, collaborating closely with HR, Finance, EIS, IT, and vendors.
  • Develop, configure, and deliver insightful reports and dashboards to provide key data and business insights.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization to drive business outcomes.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across integrated applications through analysis, clear documentation, and swift resolution of any issues.
  • Design and execute system tests, respond to user reports, diagnose, and resolve issues.
  • Work with benefit vendors to troubleshoot the integration failures.
