WHAT YOU’LL DO AT JAMF:
The Sr. HRIS Analyst is a process, systems, and data management expert, responsible for executing HR Operations’ roadmap initiatives that enhances HR value offerings through expanded capability, increased ease of use and user adoption, and greater efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. This role will partner with HR Operations and other HR COEs to improve processes and gain efficiencies primarily through Jamf’s Workday HCM platform.
The Sr. HRIS Analyst owns reporting for the HR function, interfacing with all levels and functions within Jamf to provide the human capital metrics and data necessary to drive business decisions and results. This critical member of the HR team helps to lead and mentor the administration of Core HCM (Workday) modules and related actions across all HR functional areas (compensation, recruiting, benefits, payroll, training, time admin, and security) all around the world. The Sr. HRIS Analyst develops and implements user procedures, guidelines and documentation and employs continuous improvement concepts to recommend and enhance HR systems and processes.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO IN THIS ROLE:
- Subject Matter Expert with intermediate to advanced knowledge with hands-on experience of configuration for Core HCM, Benefits, Performance, Absence, Compensation, Security, Payroll and Reporting.
- Lead functional and regression testing for enhancements, projects, and upgrades.
- Perform fit/gap analysis on processes to drive continuous improvement.
- Write, maintain and support a variety of business documents, system configurations, specifications, reports or queries using a variety of tools.
- Researches and recommends system enhancements and best practices to deliver exceptional system capabilities.
- Develop advanced reports and maintain reports for ongoing needs. Maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
- Ensure EEOC, FLSA, State/Federal, SOC2 and global compliance by developing processes and reporting to support Jamf’s needs
- Manage and resolve issues or defects within Workday, while working with external and interal ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow.
- Consultative approach to recommend business process and systemic improvements to solutions, policy changes or variances in established policy.
- Manages projects and proactively applies change management experience to support transformation.
- Researches and recommends system enhancements and best practices to deliver exceptional system capabilities.
- Create and maintain business requirements documents for internal/external audit controls, system configuration documents, detailed functional specification documents, test plans and test cases.
- Create user training documents and implementation documentation as necessary.
- Provide production support, including researching and resolving HRMS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; Recommending solutions or alternative methods or alternative methods to meet requirements.
- Collaborate with other members of HR Operations team and actively share knowledge to develop in-house expertise in Workday.
- Engages in meetings and completes mandatory in-services and requirements and competency evaluations on time.
