Description:
Responsibilities:
- Opportunity to provide specialized HR support in complex operational transactions.
- Work closely with HR Centres to improve service delivery and optimize processes.
- Lead and guide the HRSS Response and Processing Centres on policy interpretation and process updates.
- Collaborate with key HR stakeholders, including CoEs and external vendors.

- A role in continuous process improvement, helping to develop strategies for enhanced efficiency and customer service.
- Exposure to diverse HR tasks across the Southern European subregion (Spain, France, Italy, etc.).
- Responsible for RFPs, risk management, and audits within the HRSS function.
