In this role, you’ll provide guidance and support to our leadership team on a wide array of employee related matters, policy interpretation, and cyclical activities for talent and performance management. You’ll have the unique opportunity to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, driving innovative HR initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Strong experience in HR consulting in Singapore with regional experience preferred especially Indonesia.
  • In-depth knowledge of local employment and industrial relations frameworks.
  • Service oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trusted relationships across all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound recommendations based on data and analysis.
  • Growth mindset, resilient with strong organisational skills. Highly detail-oriented, solutions focused and self-directed. comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities, and an understanding of whether and when to escalate issues.
