KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  1. Minimum Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or other related field.
  2. Good command in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  3. Minimum 5-10 years management experience in Human Resources.
    4.Strong knowledge of HR principles and labor laws.
    5.Strong organizational, work in a fast-paced environment and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
    6.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
    7.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the full spectrum of HR generalist responsibilities, including payroll, employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment, training and development, and performance management
  2. Compensation & Benefits: Handling monthly payroll and yearly forms for employees, Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations, Follow up on confirmation records statutory obligations.
  3. HR Administration: Communicating and explaining the organization’s HR policies to the employees, Handling administration of all employment. Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the need
  4. Employee Relation: Experienced in Handling including handling disciplinary actions, IR,addressing grievances, providing counseling, and managing staff misconduct, labor law and government compliance.
  5. Recruitment: Conducting recruitment/exit interviews and recording them accordingly, Facilitating newcomers joining formalities, Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly.
  6. Training & Development :Organising training sessions or trainings for employees ensuring they are fully equipped to be able to perform their duties.
  7. Performance Appraisal : Conduct assessment for staffs competency.
  8. Liaise with government authorities (SOSCO, EPF, Income Tax, IR Department, Labor Department & etc) concerning monthly contribution, deduction, form submission.
  9. Any other task assigned by General Manager
