We are recruiting to fill the position below:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 10 to 15 Years of HR management experience.
- A Master’s degree (M.Sc./MBA) in Human Resource Management or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and align HR strategies with organizational goals, and support senior leadership in shaping company culture.
- Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, talent development, and succession planning for key roles.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to employment laws and update HR policies to mitigate risks.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and oversee development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership.
- Organizational Development: Lead change initiatives and drive programs to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Performance Management: Implement performance evaluation systems and support managers with performance-related issues.
- Employee Relations: Address complex employee relations issues and foster a positive work environment.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage and optimize compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
- HR Analytics & Reporting: Monitor HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to senior management.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the HR team, promoting a collaborative, high-performance environment.
