Responsibilities:
As Senior Human Resources Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our dynamic and growing business. Based at our modern CBD offices, this position reports to the Principal HR Advisor and partners with operational leaders across the business. This is an opportunity to contribute to an environment that values strategic thinking, collaboration, and innovation, with responsibilities including:
- Coaching, mentoring and training leadership in HR best practice and legislative requirements
- Supporting efficient case management including complex investigations, performance management and discipline proceedings
- Working across diverse HR projects and improvement initiatives that reflect the evolving nature of our business
- Championing employee engagement through recognition programs and well-being initiatives
- Analysing HR data to identify trends and recommend solutions that improve employee experience and business outcomes
- Building and maintaining strong relationships across all levels of the organisation to promote trust and alignment with HR strategies
