As an HR Business Partner, you’ll advise senior leaders in our Sales and Marketing (Go-to-Market) teams across Canada, the US, Europe, and Australia. Your role will be pivotal in driving organizational effectiveness and fostering a high-performance culture. You’ll shape and implement people strategies that align with business goals, while collaborating with our corporate HR team to ensure your Business Unit has the resources it needs.

Responsibilities:
- Prior experience working with Sales & Marketing Executive leadership. You cultivate a crisp understanding of the business’ strategic priorities and levers.
- You have a proven track record as a senior HR professional, consistently adding value as a trusted business partner.
- Navigating complex challenges and driving impactful solutions comes naturally to you.
- Building deep, trusting relationships with senior leadership is one of your core strengths. Your sound judgment and ability to diagnose and address issues effectively are invaluable assets.
- You are a skilled, tactful communicator in both English and French, which is crucial for engaging with your customer groups across North America and Europe.
