The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist (HRG) to join our team in El Segundo, CA! This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment supporting our Space Mission Systems (SMS) team! The team is open to both Level 4 and Level 5 Senior HRGs.
The HRG will be a trusted partner collaborating with management and fellow Human Resource (HR) teammates to provide day to day HRG consultation critical to driving business values and creating a best-in-class employee experience. The selected candidate will possess resiliency and adaptability to adjust to change and have a working knowledge of HR policies, practices, and processes.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- 5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
- 5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
- 5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
- 5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- 10 or more year’s related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Human Resources certification
- Experience working with cleared employees
- 5+ years of experience in a Human Resource Generalist (HRG) or HRBP capacity
- 5+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives
- 5+ years of experience directly managing and resolving employee relations issues
- Experience supporting hourly populations
- Demonstrated experience using analytics and data to drive leaders to decisions
- Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, high-impact communication style
Responsibilities:
- Deploys and administers HR programs, policies, practices and processes
- Develops integrated HR initiatives and solutions to advance organizational objectives
- Analyzes staffing and diversity strategy performance and develops corrective solutions
- Partners with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives
- Consults with management on staff selection
