WHAT ARE YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE?
- PHR, SPHR, or CHRP certifications an asset
- Solid domain knowledge in a variety of HR disciplines including Organizational Design Effectiveness, Employee Relations and Compensation
- Strong business acumen with ability to operate effectively and provide HR support to business leaders
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing talent acquisition and talent management strategies
