We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

JOB SUMMARY
This role serves as the program manager for Dominion Energy’s New Leader Development Program for new supervisors and managers, and also provides ongoing support to these leaders throughout their transition into leadership at Dominion Energy. Responsibilities include program facilitation (in-person and virtual); coaching; content design, development, and upkeep; coordination with guest speakers/presenters; and administrative organization of cohort sessions.
In addition, the individual hired for this role will be expected to:
- Keep abreast of current leadership development practices and informed of new developments, to identify improvements or changes needed to the program.
- Provide tools to address complex leadership development issues and initiatives.
- Gather and compile data, and perform analysis to measure program impact. Make recommendations for continuous improvements of the program, based on data.
- Advise, educate, and partner with managers and partners within human resources community on policies and programs and provide guidance in their administration.
- Provide assistance, advice and leadership to customers and co-workers.
- May lead or coordinate Talent Management & Development initiatives or projects.
- For candidates residing outside of the Richmond, VA area, additional travel will be required. Travel will likely be at least one week per month to the Richmond, VA area.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & EXPERIENCE
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experiences (Minimum Requirements)”
- 5+ years of directly related experience creating, leading, managing and facilitating leadership development programs.
- Previous leadership experience (with experience leading teams/direct reports) highly preferred
- Excellent and engaging facilitation skills.
- Strong program/project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- In depth knowledge of company organizational structure.
- In depth knowledge of company policies and programs.
- Excellent personal computer skills and in depth knowledge of Microsoft applications
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education
