ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Senior IAM Business Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of driving impactful IAM solutions, ensuring they align with our clients’ strategic goals. You’ll work closely with executives and stakeholders, translating business requirements into clear, actionable IAM strategies. Your expertise will guide clients through governance, compliance, and risk management, while also mentoring junior team members and driving continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead IAM deployments with a focus on business alignment and success.
• Collaborate with C-level executives and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions
• Translate business needs into innovative, scalable IAM solutions
• Mentor and guide junior consultants to develop their IAM skills
• Develop long-term IAM roadmaps to support evolving technology and regulatory requirements
