We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior IAM Software Development Manager - Director to join our Information Security Division – Cyber Identity and Access Management team . This role is located in Lake Mary (Northern Orlando), FL or Pittsburgh, PA – HYBRID .

Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required; advanced degree preferred.
12+ years of experience in information security or related technology experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role, is required.
Proven experience in information security and IAM, including designing and implementing IAM solutions in enterprise environments is required.
Strong programming skills and experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes are required.
Deep understanding of security principles, identity federation, SSO, MFA, and directory services such as LDAP, Active Directory, MS Entra ID is required.
Experience with security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS) and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX) is required.
