  • Full Time- 38 hours per week

You’ll bring proven experience in ICT project management, from planning to successful delivery, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies, alongside excellent organisational and analytical skills to track progress, manage resources, and report outcomes effectively.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management, or related discipline, and/or equivalent experience
  • A current NSW driver licence combined with the willingness and ability to travel across NSW (including overnight stays if required) is also required.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you passionate about delivering impactful ICT projects that drive organisational efficiency? As the Senior ICT Project Officer, you’ll be at the forefront of managing dynamic projects that align with business goals and enhance technology solutions. You’ll work closely with the ICT team’s Business Analyst to ensure business needs are understood and translated into effective project outcomes. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team and make a significant impact through effective project management and stakeholder engagement.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY DUTIES:

  • Plan, manage, and maintain project plans to ensure timelines, milestones, and deliverables are achieved.
  • Allocate and monitor resources to enhance project efficiency and ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain project tracking tools to monitor progress and report regularly to management and stakeholders.
  • Identify and address project risks, escalating issues and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Serve as the central point of communication between business stakeholders, external partners, and ICT teams to align objectives and facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Build and manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to achieve project deliverables.
