SENIOR IMMIGRATION PARALEGAL (EMPLOYMENT-BASED)
Location: Remote (Client Based in Colorado)
Reclatam, a legal staffing company, is seeking a Senior Immigration Paralegal to join our client, a leading immigration law firm located in Colorado. This is a full-time remote position, focused on handling employment-based immigration processes.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of uninterrupted experience as an immigration paralegal, with extensive knowledge of immigration case management systems such as MyCase and Docketwise. You will play a key role in managing a high volume of employment-based immigration cases and will need to demonstrate exceptional organizational and client management skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of uninterrupted experience as an immigration paralegal, with a focus on employment-based processes
- Extensive experience with MyCase and Docketwise is required
- Strong understanding of employment-based immigration laws and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
Responsibilities:
- Manage employment-based immigration cases (H-1B, PERM, L-1, TN, etc.)
- Draft and prepare legal documents related to employment-based immigration
- Ensure timely filing of petitions and applications with relevant government agencies
- Utilize MyCase and Docketwise for case management, tracking deadlines, and document organization
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and gathering necessary information
- Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to ensure a seamless workflow
