Senior Implementation Consultant (Intellectual Property) - German speaking

The role of the Senior Implementation Consultant (Intellectual Property) is to implement Clarivate Intellectual Property Management System (IPMS) software solutions and advising clients on the best practice use of Clarivate products to manage IP assets.

ABOUT YOU – EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS

• 7+ years of experience in professional services, Customer Support, or IP domain experience such as IP Operations, Docketing, Paralegal, Patent Agent, PT/TM Administration in a Law Firm environment.
• Experience with project management and productivity tools such as MS-Project, Project Insight, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong time management skills, and attention to detail
• Proactive and self-sufficient
• Full fluency in English and German

• Analyze business requirements, use cases and/or user stories to design and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Utilize technical skills and domain knowledge to implement and deploy IPMS solutions using Clarivate software products.
• Create and conduct quality assurance and functional test plans.
• Diagnose, isolate, and resolve software product issues in collaboration with Engineering and Support teams.
• Effectively communicate, collaborate, and transfer knowledge with Clients and members of a Project Team.
• Provide subject matter expertise throughout all phases of implementation projects.
• Serve as a mentor to less experienced Consultants.
