Responsibilities
-
Responsible for FinTech project programming, including implementation and integration using C#, JavaScript, VBScript, and SQL.

Gather and analyze client requirements for solution implementation, customization, and optimization.

Collaborate with internal teams to define, test, and implement client-specific solutions.
-
Develop and deliver training sessions to clients, both onsite and offsite.
-
Provide technical support for internal and client-facing applications to ensure smooth operations.
-
Assist the sales team by presenting technical aspects of products and solutions to prospective clients.
-
Design and develop technical architecture and workflows to meet client needs.
-
Ensure software quality through testing, debugging, and adherence to best practices.
-
Monitor and resolve system performance issues and ensure compliance with industry standards.
-
Stay updated on new technologies and trends to enhance solutions and processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• 
  5 years + of proven and hands-on programming experience, preferably with a combination of software development experience and experience in the Finance or Private Equity sector are highly regarded.
• 
  Hands-on in IT projects, being a Business Analyst and Analyst Programmer.
• 
  Bachelor’s degree in computer studies, Systems Engineering or relevant disciplines.
• 
  Practical experience in Microsoft SQL Server (stored procedures, views).
• 
  Strong knowledge of the different development languages (e.g., C#, SQL, JavaScript, VBScript, etc.).
• 
  Strong organization, communication skills, and client-serving skills.
• 
  Able to work under pressure and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• 
  High integrity and accountability for proposing solutions, time management, and reporting back to management in a timely manner.
