SUMMARY

The Senior Implementation Specialist is responsible for overseeing the administration of the platform on behalf of the customer. This role ensures the operational performance of the LMS platform, including the execution of administrative tasks, quality assurance, and project management, to support the customers’ business objectives, employee training, and/or customer education. In collaboration with the Lead Implementation Manager, the Senior Implementation Specialist provides technical expertise, strategic guidance, and best practices based on a comprehensive understanding of Intellum products.

REQUIREMENTS

Required Skills

• 2+ years Intellum products experience including Exceed
• 2+ years Project Management experience
• 2+ years previous experience with administration of software, Learning Management Systems
• Be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, high energy level and the ability to thrive in a fast paced team environment
• Organized, detail-oriented and have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks/projects in a fast-paced deadline driven environment and deliver quality results
• Be a practiced problem-solver always bringing solutions to the table
• Be a strong, confident, proactive communicator
• Possess excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills
• Anticipate roadblocks/problems and pivot accordingly

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years in a technical project management role
• Proficient in Mac OS
• Proficient in Google Suite

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

• Occasional irregular work hours
• Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, etc.
• Extended time viewing a computer monitor
• Sitting or standing for extended periods of time

• Flexibility to support multiple implementation tasks simultaneously
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful end-to-end execution of new content
• Provide all administrative tasks for the platform
• Perform quality assurance and testing to the highest standards
• Own project management related to platform administrative projects
• Track and document the performance of multiple projects
• Collaborate across the organization to provide a superior client experience in order to influence and drive the business forward
• Partner closely with the Client Support, Product and Engineering teams to efficiently and effectively solve customer challenges with a sense of urgency
• Keeps up to date with release schedules and new features/functionalities in order to ensure the platform stays current.
