Description:

We at Provident Financial IFN are looking for a Senior Incentives Commercial Analyst responsible for managing, analyzing and optimizing the financial and commercial aspects of the incentives programs as well as subject matter expert and partnering with the main stakeholders on Variable Pay topics

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align incentives with business objectives;
  • Advanced Data analysis and Insights Generation: Strong ability to work with large datasets to identify trends, patterns and Optimization opportunities;
  • Proficiency in extracting actionable insights from sales and incentives related data to support strategic decisions;
  • Strong numerical skills and experience with data manipulation tools such as: Excel, SQL or other data analysis platforms;
  • Experience in using statistical and predictive modelling tools is a plus;
  • Expertise in creating real-time dashboards and reports to track incentives programs performance;
  • Strong communication skills (both in English and Romanian), including the ability to speak and write clearly, succinctly and persuasively for a variety of audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Insights Generation: Analyze large datasets related to sales performance and incentive programs for sales force to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization. Provide actionable insights that guide strategic decisions for RemCo.
  • Incentive Program Design and Optimization: Collaborate with HR, Sales leadership, and EHC Commercial Finance team to design and refine incentive structures that effectively drive desired behaviors while optimizing costs. Continuously test and adjust incentive models based on performance data.
  • Predictive Modeling and Forecasting: Develop predictive models to forecast the impact of proposed incentive changes, helping the company anticipate potential outcomes and make data-driven adjustments before implementation.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Create dashboards and reports that track the effectiveness of current incentive programs in real-time. Provide stakeholders with clear, concise updates on key metrics, allowing for agile decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of incentives with broader business strategies. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and share best practice with all other Provident companies, supporting the strategic goals of the organization.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to continuously refine and enhance incentive strategies based on feedback, market trends, and emerging data, ensuring that the company remains competitive and proactive in its approach.
  • Supports the company’s budgeting and forecasting process by offering analyzes and predictions on variable payment systems.
  • Coordinates or participates as a resource in the human resources projects in order for the results to meet the objectives, to be delivered on time and within budget.
