We are looking for a highly motivated person to manage team performance and change in the Debtors Team. The successful applicant will have undertaken some CPD to develop as a leader and will have experience of supervising and manging work allocation.
The post holder will have the opportunity to lead change within the team, embracing technology and improving the customer experience.

You will organise and plan all the work programme for the team and ensure that recovery of all sundry debt across the authority.
Building key relationships and an excellent communicator will give you the basis to develop many new skills in this challenging role.
