Description:
Your Role at St John of God Health Care
You will provide professional advice and support to key stakeholders on various Industrial Relations and Human Resource issues, working collaboratively with Group Workforce, the Employee and the Industrial Relations team on case management, award/agreement interpretation whilst keeping well informed of emerging trends and making recommendations to achieve successful outcomes.
The Position
- Work collaboratively with HR Business Partners and Managers to undertake investigations relating to complex conduct and/or performance matters in conjunction with the team.
- Facilitate the negotiation process for Enterprise Agreements in conjunction with key personnel
- Conduct the preparation, research and dissemination of information relating to the renegotiation of enterprise agreements and the industrial advocacy of issues as they arise.
- Conduct research and analysis and recommend options to meet organisational needs.
- Undertake projects as required, report on emerging trends and issues and make recommendations to achieve successful outcomes.
- Contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of industrial and employee relations initiatives.
- Refer matters to the Manager, Employee and Industrial Relations, and externally for legal or investigation advice if/as required.
It is essential you have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of human resources, employee relations and industrial relations issues, along with experience in the interpretation and application of employment/industrial legislation, awards, agreements, policies and procedures.
To succeed, you will be passionate about the industry with a strong understanding of the intricacies of the environment, including a commitment in providing outstanding service and the capability of working autonomously and in collaboration with key stakeholders, to support and deliver results across all areas of the function.

- Salary: $119,000 to $133,000 plus 11.5% superannuation
- Permanent Full Time position
