  • Passion for FPS Games: You love first-person shooter (FPS) games and have spent time playing them yourself. Your personal experience gives you an authentic understanding of the community and what resonates with players.

  • Game Development: Experience in game developer influencer marketing. You understand how to engage and collaborate with influencers who are also game developers, driving campaigns that resonate within this niche community.

Responsibilities:

  • Creator Sourcing and Relationship Management: Identify, recruit, and maintain strong relationships with top-tier influencers, content creators, and game creators, particularly those with a focus on the shooter genre. Develop and execute strategies to engage influencers who can effectively promote Forge and Krunker.
  • Campaign Development and Execution: Plan, launch, and manage influencer marketing campaigns aimed at driving user acquisition and engagement. Ensure that each campaign is aligned with the company’s goals and resonates with the target audience.
  • Content Collaboration: Work closely with creators to co-develop content that not only promotes our platforms but also engages their audiences. Provide guidance and feedback to ensure content quality and alignment with brand messaging.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies, ensuring maximum ROI and continuous improvement.
  • Budget Management: Manage influencer marketing budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency while maximizing reach and impact. Negotiate contracts and compensation structures that align with the company’s objectives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Community Management, to ensure cohesive and integrated campaigns that amplify our brand presence.
  • Social Media Strategy and Execution: Beyond influencer management, lead the creation and execution of comprehensive social media strategies across platforms including X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. This includes publishing engaging content, driving community interactions, and increasing brand visibility. Utilize agencies where needed, but maintain hands-on management of social media channels to ensure consistent messaging and tone across all platforms.
  • PR and Brand Presence: Develop and manage public relations strategies to enhance the brand’s reputation and visibility in the market. This includes crafting press releases, securing media coverage, and managing crisis communications. Ensure seamless integration of PR efforts with social media strategies to amplify reach and impact.
