Description:
To work in a supervisory capacity ensuring the scheduling of all training and support. To provide IT Training on the Trusts IT systems. To provide first, second and third line application support services to all users of the trusts IT systems, Identifying their own individual requirements. To assist with implementation of IT projects and/or upgrades to systems.
To assist in the maintenance of written documentation for training and support. Mentoring junior members of the team
