The role of Senior Information Analyst is responsible for the production of timely, accurate and intelligent business intelligence and information to inform the operational and strategic decision-making process – it is through the business intelligence provided by analysts that the Trust drives continuous clinical and quality improvement for the people of Wales.
All shortlisted candidates will be notified of interview and assessment/selection processes through the NHS Jobs email system or via candidates personal email account, therefore, please ensure that you check these two accounts on a regular basis for any notifications.

You will be self-motivated and be able to perform a variety of predefined statutory statistical returns, fulfilling ad-hoc requests for data analysis and the continued development of new information solutions using the Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack, SSRS and PowerBI.
You will need to build close working relationships with senior clinicians, operational colleagues and support staff across the Trust, so we are looking for someone that is very personable and confident with a strong background working with clients to understand their business needs, providing actionable insights and information solutions. The successful candidate must be a good team player, be able to manage their own workload and work to tight deadlines successfully.
If you are interested in applying, please read the job description and person specification carefully and ensure that you demonstrate the knowledge, skills and experience required to carry out the role.
