SENIOR INFORMATION MANAGEMENT LEAD

Lead the way in information management, governance, and innovation.
Better Health Network (BHN) is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Information Management Lead to join our forward-thinking team. In this pivotal role, you will drive strategic information management initiatives, oversee electronic and physical records management, and deliver exceptional service across multiple sites.
YOUR EXPERTISE
We’re seeking a motivated professional with:
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing enterprise-wide information systems and delivering significant organisational change.
- Expertise in legislative compliance and best-practice information management.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Directors of Strategic ICT and Quality, Risk, and Compliance, you will:
- Lead the development of enterprise-wide information governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain and enhance electronic document and records management systems (EDRMS), including SharePoint.
- Provide specialist advice on compliance with legislative frameworks, including the Health Records Act and Privacy and Data Protection Act.
- Drive strategic projects, including the delivery of an organisation-wide EDRMS.
- Build and sustain high-level relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
