Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As part of a dynamic team of health and wellbeing professionals, you will contribute to the Departments evolving early intervention injury management program, managing a caseload of work-related and non-work-related psychological and physical health cases and providing strategic advice to the business, while helping to shape a safer and more supportive work environment through key health and wellbeing projects and initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Assist in the development and delivery of proactive injury management programs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to implement early intervention health and wellbeing initiatives and contribute to injury prevention projects.
  • Provide strategic advice and case management support to employees and their managers throughout their recovery process.
  • Manage a caseload of work-related and non-work-related health cases from start to finish, including facilitation of workers compensation claims.
  • Contribute to creating a workplace culture that promotes health, safety, and early intervention.
