The perfect opportunity to flex your analytical superpowers for good; guide the LEGO Group on how to identify which new play innovations are most likely to excite kids around the world!
The role of our team is to bridge the value to the consumer and the value of play with the needs of the business and foster a data-led and commercial approach throughout our end-to-end innovation journey.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

  • We are looking for someone with work experience in financial modelling, business analytics or marketing sciences/statistics.
  • Experience and track record are more relevant than specific education, but you need to love numbers and spreadsheets. Knowledge of the toy , entertainment, gaming, e-commerce, start up or agency landscape is ideal.
  • A love for diving into data, spreadsheets and formulas; and the ability to communicate and explain those in simple terms
  • A keen interest in building dashboards
  • A passion for collaborating with dedicated individuals to share diverse thought and practices, and develop stronger outcomes;
  • Experience in creating and analysing business models and business drivers

Responsibilities:

  • Offer our data and commercial expertise to help de-risk, validate and prioritise our innovations
  • Be a commercial strategy partner - Engage with collaborators proactively to understand the strategy behind the innovation they are proposing and where they see the valuable
  • Translate those product ideas, strategies and campaigns to critical metrics and model inputs
  • Help refine our models and develop our commercial toolkit to estimate the value of products that are different to the current portfolio. Learn to build models and tools from scratch, fit for purpose and for others to use.
