Description:
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Create thoughtful business recommendations to support new product launches
- Apply a varied set analytical techniques to explore scenarios and evaluate how different factors may influence outcomes
- Partner with Consumer Research teams to understand and incorporate insights from surveys and market feedback
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to enable effective collaboration and seamless preparation for product launches
- Translate information into meaningful insights that shape business planning and actions
- Build trust with senior team members by sharing thoughtful ideas and facilitating productive conversations
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Expertise in developing business cases, particularly for new product launches, to support strategic initiatives
- High-level understanding of P&L, with the ability to assess financial outcomes effectively
- Experience in forecasting, scenario planning, and analyzing the impact of business variables on outcomes
- Skilled in interpreting consumer research outputs (e.g., surveys and questionnaires) and collaborating with consumer research teams to align insights with business needs
- Experience in FMCG with a strong track record of delivering results in cross-functional settings
