  Reporting to the Senior Manager of Analytics, this role is responsible for a generation of customer and portfolio insights across Latitude Financial Services and being able to translate complex data into actionable recommendations to guide business strategies.
  In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

Insights & Reporting.

• Generate analytical reporting and insights from LFS customer base and product portfolios, to support business initiatives, solve business problems and drive incremental value to the business
• Build and manage the reporting of portfolio metrics, and being able to diagnose on portfolio performance change, dynamic shift and its drivers; Work with function leaders to construct performance review pack and present back to the leadership group on regular basis.
• Improve ROI for product, portfolio and marketing initiatives throughout the provision of sizing of business case, support of the implementation, measurement of the success and providing actionable recommendations
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of analytic and insights delivery, being able to align various data source for quality check and assurance.
• Embed yourself within business as a partner of analytics SME to understand the strategic vision and product roadmap, adopt a best practice to build compelling analytic insights to drive and shape business strategies.

Stakeholder management

• Liaise closely with the internal teams from the business to define requirements for reporting and analytics activities.
• Liaise with external vendors for analytics and reporting activities

Ideally, we’re looking for someone:

• Fluent in SQL, and experience in management of large datasets to ensure integrity, quality, accuracy of data for analysis
• Strong analytical mindset and good problem solving skills, with demonstrated ability to share insights using a visualisation tool.
• Commercial acumen in the interpretation of data and development of data-based solutions
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proven story-telling capability to articulate and present complex information
• Be ready to challenge status-quo, while in the meantime being able to identify alternatives and/or innovate on solution for improvement.
• Learn fast with growth mindset, demonstrated adaptability in a fast-pacing environment
