Anaplan is looking for a highly-talented and creative Sr Instructional Designer with Workday LMS administration knowledge to join our Anaplan Employee Experience team in Northern Virginia. This is a stellar opportunity to get involved in a highly-visible, large-scale SaaS cloud company. This role is an immediate full-time position. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning and Development, or equivalent practical experience
- 8 + years of experience with curriculum design, working in cross-functional teams to deliver learning solutions with measurable success
- Strong hands on experience in Workday Learning or equivalent LMS knowledge
- Provide an eLearning portfolio or demonstrated ability to create high-quality eLearning products
- Curiosity to understand the strategic priorities for Anaplan and how learning and development can best address skill and knowledge opportunities in our workforce
- Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with authoring tools including Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Infographic (Canva, Piktochart), Microsoft Suite
