Senior Instrument Engineer

On behalf of our client we are searching an experienced Instrument Engineer who would like to work on an exciting project in the oil and gas industry.

Responsibilities:

• Instrument design and follow up.
• Preparation and review of Instruments discipline documentation.
• Technical responsible for vendor packages including design, testing, review and follow-up.
• Produce engineering work packages.
• Multidiscipline Interface and collaboration with site.
• Site surveys.
• Participate in reviews.
• Include and manage data into engineering databases.
• Define and procure instruments related MTO.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of rules and regulations for Instruments.
• Experience with offshore surveys desirable.
• Fluency in both Norwegian and English is required.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in Instruments engineering.

Education:

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree within relevant area.Long relevant experience can compensate for a lack of formal education.
