Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)
Location: Remote
Reports to: Commercial Talent Acquisition Lead
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in senior-level commercial hiring, either in-house or within a recruitment agency environment.
- Commercial Expertise: Extensive knowledge of recruiting for commercial roles within Operations, Finance, and Marketing.
- Relationship Management: Proven ability to partner closely with senior stakeholders, providing insights and managing expectations effectively.
- Proficiency in Sourcing: Skilled in using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify top talent.
- Communication and Influence: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a talent for effectively pitching, negotiating, and closing senior candidates.
- Global Compliance Knowledge: Solid understanding of employment regulations across various markets.
- Collaboration and Adaptability: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, fully remote environment, adapting to shifting priorities and delivering on competitive timelines.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Prior experience with employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
- Proven track record of contributing to global recruitment projects and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Pipeline Ownership: Manage and optimise senior talent pipelines, focusing on attracting high-caliber candidates for specialised commercial roles.
- End-to-End Recruitment Leadership: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing through to offer negotiation, especially for senior and strategic positions.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate directly with senior business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
- Advanced Candidate Engagement: Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, establishing Sporty as a top-choice employer within the industry.
- ATS and Process Excellence: Maintain and enhance pipeline efficiency on the ATS, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.
- Job Marketing: Craft engaging, tailored job descriptions that resonate with target candidates and effectively promote the Sporty brand.
- Offer Coordination: Work seamlessly with HR and People Operations to manage and hand over successful offers, facilitating a smooth transition for new hires.
