WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

The Senior Integrated Producer will lead the delivery of high-quality digital projects across various platforms, including AI, web, mobile, social media, content creator shoots, and integrated campaigns. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as client services, creative, design, strategy, and production. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, inspiring and motivating
their team while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. They should be adaptable, resilient, and able to excel in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking someone who can work independently, take full ownership of projects, and confidently manage timelines and budgets.

KEY SKILLS

  • Strong understanding of asset production process e2e from Strategy to final delivery, across digital including the skills and capabilities required to deliver projects spanning the full digital CX.
  • Understand how to and create detailed project scopes, RACI, timelines, and budgets.
  • 5+ years of experience managing simultaneous projects in a fast-paced agency, marketing, or creative services environment.
  • Approachable, open, transparent and authentic
  • Calm under pressure with a high level of attention to detail
  • Problem solver - you will need to show you can think on your feet and use judgement and pragmatism to remove blockers
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Experienced in project management and resource management software. Eg Smartsheet, Float, Teamwork
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Docs.
  • Previous production role within the advertising agency

Responsibilities:

You’ll lead your own projects and will have no problem working on your own to deliver content assets spanning the full digital CX.

  • Cross-departmental collaboration and management of all digital projects including specialty projects from initiation through implementation and deployment.
  • Meticulously document project creation, development and execution. This includes managing schedules and budgets on production projects.
  • Oversees multiple and concurrent projects to guarantee overall quality of work and ensuring the project is delivered on time, on or under budget and free of error.
  • Support the AD in understanding the scope and deliverables of the brief to ensure adherence to delivery process, budget, and timelines
  • Securing sourcing quotes and negotiations with vendors
  • Communicate and run regular updates on progress / status / performance / work of team to stakeholders and Senior Ops Manager/AD as required
  • Manage project resources (creative, design, strategy, production) for timely, high-quality execution.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, developing mitigation plans.
  • Adhere to the expected behaviours and overarching team vision.
  • Collaborating with third-party production houses and partners to successfully deliver projects, as well as conducting research to identify and evaluate potential new solutions
  • Creation of timelines and cost estimates
  • Booking in jobs and design resource
  • Organise, attend and run creative and wider team reviews
  • Work closely with the project team on briefs, ensuring creatives are supported and have the correct info to respond to briefs
  • Work closely with the design department to create and deliver quality campaign asset
  • Acquire relevant approvals/creative sign offs to ensure the best quality work is delivered
  • Ad hoc support on creative projects such as image/talent sourcing e.g. animators etc.
