Catalystone is on a mission to become the central system in our customers’ IT landscapes for employment master data. Our Technical Consultation (TC) team has split into two specialized roles to better meet growing demands: Technical Consultants who advise and guide, and Integration Developers who build and maintain integrations. Together, we deliver seamless, high-quality solutions with a customer-focused approach.

REQUIREMENTS
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Technical Experience: Proven experience as a senior developer or in a similar role, with proficiency in Python or C#.
- Integration Expertise: Solid understanding of different types of APIs, Microsoft Azure integration services, and experience with Git (CI/CD).
- Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Scrum and agile development processes.
- Languages: Fluency in a Scandinavian language and English.
Responsibilities:
- Building and Maintaining Integrations: Design, develop, and maintain customer integrations and standard integrations for partners.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with Technical Consultants to ensure integration solutions are effective and high-quality.
- Platform Development: Update, develop, and maintain our integrations platform to enhance our service capabilities.
- Customer-Focused Solutions: Engage in discussions with third parties and internal IT departments to build optimal solutions.
- Documentation: Document integration processes, architecture, and code for future reference and maintenance.
- Daily Operations: Handle error messages for current integrations, maintain and update existing ones, and participate in scrum activities like sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
