Description:
You will be instrumental in developing and managing experience APIs to enhance our service offerings using the Moveworks’ Creator Studio platform. You’ll leverage your expertise in REST APIs, data aggregation, and string formatting to build robust, scalable integration solutions. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring these integrations adhere to our stringent change management and security policies, system configurations, and API management practices.
Responsibilities:
YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the strategic vision and execution of essential programmatic interfaces, ensuring the delivery of superior APIs and interfaces to deliver a world-class user experience using the Creator Studio extensibility platform
- Design, develop, and maintain experience APIs, focusing on usability, scalability, and innovation
- Utilize REST APIs for seamless data aggregation and manipulation
- Ensure all integrations meet our high standards for security and change management policies
- Work on issues and requests for platform assistance including end-user incidents, enhancements, regular maintenance, and defect fixes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement integration patterns and best practices
- Deliver high impact to the business by driving product adoption and ensuring our programmatic interfaces are aligned with user needs and preferences
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver solutions
- Work with enterprise automation tools including iPaaS, APIM, and RPA to streamline processes and enhance system efficiency

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in building and managing APIs and integrations
- Strong understanding and experience working on Python, R, REST APIs, data aggregation, and string formatting
- In-depth knowledge of integration patterns, best practices, and enterprise automation tools (iPaaS, APIM, RPA)
- Familiarity with change management, security policies, security standards, system configurations, and API management practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multi-sourced environment
- ServiceNow working knowledge is essential
