Wilhelmsen Ships Service (WSS) is looking for a Senior Integration Engineer
As a Senior Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, operating and supporting modern and scalable integration services with a cloud-native approach using Azure and C#. The role works closely with both technical and business stakeholders, including product teams, digital projects and external partners to ensure the development of flexible, secure, reliable and scalable integration services. The role will ensure delivery of integration services to the wider organization and continuously modernize the integration platform and landscape.
You will be part of our small, but global Integration & API Management team that has end-to-end responsibility for the integration footprint across the company. You will work on developing new integration services, refactoring of existing services and continuously modernizing a diverse portfolio of integration services for a truly automated, cloud-native, and CI/CD-led environment using technologies such as Azure Functions, Event Grid, Service Bus, API Management, SQL Database, GitHub, Elastic, Application Insights, Postman, ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence and more, In your role, you can count on extensive expert support from experienced colleagues from across the organization, including other Software Engineers, Cloud Engineers and Security Engineers.

You will be working on:
- Experimenting, learning new things and help grow those around you
- Gathering of requirements from business or technical teams and ensure timely and quality deliveries that meets the needs of the organization
- Ensuring close co-operation and alignment with product teams across the organization, including involvement in relevant projects
- Designing, developing, deploying, operating and supporting integration services ensuring flexible, secure, reliable, reusable and scalable solutions
- Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test and deployment
- Performing monitoring and end-to-end testing to continuously validate integrity, performance and quality of developed solutions
- Collaborating and reviewing code with other developers to ensure solutions maintains a consistent level of quality standards as set by the team
- Maintaining environment and integration documentation
- Participating in sprint planning and roadmap planning
- Troubleshooting and resolving integration and environment issues
- Ensuring continuous and pro-actively modernization of integrations and environments, and identifying and addressing technical debt
- Working with security teams to improve security posture and address security vulnerabilities
What we are looking for:

- Has multiyear programming experience with C# and .NET
- Experience building both synchronous and asynchronous integration services
- Experience with API services (REST/SOAP) and file transfer
- Familiar with event-sourcing/delivery and domain driven design
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Integration Services such as Azure Functions, Event Grid, Service Bus, Azure API Management
- Experience with CI/CD for automated testing, security scanning and deployments
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Experience with monitoring and observability
