Senior Integration - Platform engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Platform-Integration Engineer to join IT Service Management. He will participate in design thinking, the evolution, the implementation and the maintenance of shared platforms and complex application integrations. The Senior Platform - Integration Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assure proper integrations and seamless operations of applications.
He/she has a key role to play in Application-Platform modernisation projects, ensuring successful implementation and delivery, driving the evolution and maintenance of our widely used transversal platforms.

Main Activities

• Engage with key stakeholders in and outside IT (Technology office, product & feature teams., Group Operations , ..) to contribute to application integration designs , to build forward-thinking roadmaps (EOL-EOS) , and assess how new technologies can meet IT and business requirements
• Ensure optimal performance of IT platforms in a cost-efficient manner.
• Document architecture, processes, flows , and best practices for platform – integration services.
• Provide guidance and technical expertise to develop the required skills and knowledge within the IT feature and product organization.
• Offer guidance and mentorship to IT product teams, ensuring best practices are well understood and applied.
• Manage platform technical debt, identify dependencies, and drive remediation plans.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution in case of major incidents.
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
• Stay updated on group standards, market trends, and best practices for platform and integration technologies.
