Boeing’s KC-46 BGS Sustainment Engineering is seeking an Integrated Support Planning & Management Specialist (Expert, or Consultant) at the Everett, WA location to help coordinate and execute integrated support program activities.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including: Expert, and Consultant Level Integration Support Planning Specialists.
The person selected for this role will lead and execute the total integrated support program activities to include support system analysis, spares, provisioning, technical data, training maintenance/modifications, support equipment and facilities. They will evaluate/support trade studies for support programs and develops concepts that define the support program for multiple platforms and systems. Additionally, they will analyze support impacts to recommended engineering change proposals and documents, and will validate required technical information and processes to develop and maintain support products, engineering data and integrated support infrastructure.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • 10+ years of higher education and/or related work experience (Higher education includes college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc.)
  • Experience working with engineering and technical Data for KC-46, VC-25B, P8 or Commercial 767, 747, 737 or comparable commercial derivative aircraft platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in Project Management
  • Experience in military proposal development
  • Has extensive understanding of Integrated Logistics Support
  • Direct experience working with Department of Defense or United States Air Force

Responsibilities:

  • Leads and executes the total integrated support program activities to include support system analysis, spares, provisioning, technical data, training maintenance/modifications, support equipment and facilities.
  • Evaluates/supports trade studies for support programs and develops concepts that define the support program for multiple platforms and systems.
  • Analyzes support impacts to recommended engineering change proposals and documents.
  • Validates required technical information and processes to develop and maintain support products, engineering data and integrated support infrastructure.
  • In-depth experience in all aspects of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), strong communication skills
  • The ability to work well in leading a collaborative team
  • Effectively lead a team, can balance multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience developing solutions.
  • Evaluates/supports trade studies and develops concepts that define the support program
  • Develops program implementation/integration plans and schedules
  • Monitors execution of support program
  • Reviews program and engineering change proposals and assesses sustainment impact
  • Coordinates and gathers data for estimates in support of proposal activities
  • Validates required technical information and processes to develop and maintain support products, engineering data and integrated support infrastructure for life-cycle sustainment.
