JOB TITLE: Senior Integrator - Commercial Cards
LOCATION: Bristol
HOURS: Full Time
WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in an office site
About This Opportunity
We’re looking for a hardworking Senior Integrator to join our energetic friendly, multiskilled team based in Bristol. This role will position you at the centre of the Platform evolution journey and give you a chance to help shape it and deliver against its objectives as part of the leadership team.
Commercial cards cover our new Cashback Business Credit and Charge card and our Corporate Card suite of products. We’re on a journey to digitise, automate and transform our client experience for originations and servicing. There is lots to do!
You’ll coordinate dependencies between the platform and partners external to the platform such as other platforms, Group Executive Functions and 3rd parties, this may include coordinating complex and high-risk implementations. You’ll work with several teams to deliver change across multiple journeys. These journeys assist customers in understanding, maximising and using the products and services we offer.

Your accountabilities will include:

  • Establishes pivotal integration points across Labs/Platforms and effectively communicates these integration points to relevant partners.
  • Develops the sequence for integration related tasks in collaboration with Lab Leadership and aligned to the Lab backlog.
  • Catalogues and manages dependencies between the platform and other teams.
  • Works with partners outside of the platform to ensure interlock to enable the platform to deliver at pace.
  • Identifies blockers to delivery and where possible mitigates / resolves, escalating to product owner(s) / platform leadership where required.
  • Manages suppliers (3rd Party), providing oversight and managing underperformance
  • Manages complex and high-risk implementations requiring integration between multiple parties (internal/external) to ensure safe delivery.
  • Coordinates the integration process and / or implementation events across shared infrastructure (e.g. Upgrading the Mainframe); leads on the SI process, coordinating parties to get the change over the line.
  • Provides expertise (not content) for governance activity owned by the Product Owner, e.g. PRIA, for change across multiple programmes.

What we need from you?

  • Extensive experience working with several agile teams across the business, delivering high priority or significant change.
  • Personal impact and positioning to build and sustain long-term relationships (including C-suite Executives). Resolving blockers (inc. problem solving and prioritisation), identifying options, building consensus and influencing good outcomes.
  • Excellent planning, tracking, reporting & governance skills with experience communicating regular status updates to key partners while resolving high priority issues affecting delivery.
  • A background managing critical risks/issues/dependencies arising out of Status Reporting and agile meetings, taking ownership for critical issues while ensuring resolution within agreed timescales.

And any experience of these would be useful:

  • Change management governance / methodology.
  • Delivering complex / high risk implementation.
  • Business & technology change.
