QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Graduate from a recognized Architectural Graduate Program or Architectural Technology Program
• 10 years of experience as a technologist in an architectural firm with a focus on Revit based projects
• Experience as a Project manager considered an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, Bluebeam and Revit is required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Extremely well organized with good interpersonal skills

  The salary range for this position is $78,000 - $117,000. The base salary represents Arcadis’ hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

The Edmonton office is hiring a Senior Architectural Technologist for its team. The architectural team consists of Project Managers, Construction Administrators, Architects, Technologists, and Administrators. Our work is diverse for example, high-rise residential, civic, institutional, transportation, commercial throughout western Canada.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Lead and have direct involvement of the development of Construction Documents and the overall office technical development discipline
• Liaising with sub consultants
• Working with production teams
• Preparing design development presentations
• Assisting with contract administration services
