• You are responsible for designing, executing and measuring global internal change communications concepts and measures for both the global leadership team and employees;
• You will also support local and individual change initiatives, and ensure targeted communications inform, educate, motivate and engage employees;
• You will develop new formats and occasions internally to foster thyssenkrupp nucera`s change process and support a positive employee journey;
• You will work closely and regularly with our leadership team to help convey the vision, progress, and current state of affairs for the organization in a consistent, compelling, and transparent way. This is why you will both consult as well as support hands-on to help align leadership messaging;
• You will be responsible for developing the internal digital communication and employee engagement tool landscape and KPI measuring;
• You will conceptualize and implement employee campaigns globally and locally and support in other day-to-day tasks.
