REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience (6+ years) in internal communication roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Advanced level of english: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to convey and reinforce our company culture and employer brand.
- Previous experience working in IT Industry for Remote Companies.
- Proficiency in using communication tools, software, and platforms that support our cultural initiatives and employer branding.
- Experience with Social Media platforms, Notion, Slack are valued.
- Strong project management and organizational skills that align with our cultural values and employer branding.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with various departments, promoting a culture of teamwork and unity in employer branding.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically while upholding our cultural principles and employer branding.
- Experience with crisis communication and change management is a plus and should align with our culture and employer branding.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team to preserve and enhance our company culture and employer branding.
- Proven track record of successfully leading culture, talent experience, and communication initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
Responsible for developing and executing initiatives that promote a vibrant workplace culture and strengthen internal communication channels, ensuring that our values and vision are consistently communicated and aligned with the organization’s goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Culture Enhancement: Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to identify and implement initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Develop programs and activities that celebrate diversity, foster employee engagement, and enhance teamwork.
- Internal Communication: Design and execute an effective internal communication strategy that ensures all employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with the company’s mission, values, and goals. This includes creating and distributing regular newsletters, announcements, and other communication materials.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to measure and improve employee engagement. Conduct surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions to gather insights and recommend actions to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
- Cultural Initiatives: Plan and coordinate cultural events, workshops, and training programs that support our company’s values and encourage professional development. Organize events that promote team building and employee well-being.
- Brand Advocacy: Encourage employees to become brand ambassadors by promoting the organization’s values and mission both internally and externally. Develop programs that empower employees to share their positive experiences and contribute to the company’s reputation.
- Change Management: Assist in managing organizational change by developing communication plans and strategies that ensure employees understand and embrace changes while minimizing resistance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR Business Partners, leaders, and department heads to understand their communication and culture-related needs. Provide guidance and support to help departments align their efforts with the overall culture and communication strategy.
- Feedback Loop: Establish mechanisms for employees to provide feedback on culture and communication initiatives. Use feedback to make data-driven improvements and adjustments to strategies.
