Reporting to the internal communications manager we’re looking for a tech-savvy, creative communicator who’s ready to make an impact. As the Internal Communications Advisor, you’ll take ownership of key internal communication channels, including our intranet and employee newsletters. Your expertise in crafting compelling content and leveraging digital tools will help keep our teams informed, engaged, and aligned with company goals. You’ll work closely with the internal communications manager to shape communication strategies, while acting as a trusted internal communications expert for the team.
Responsibilities:
- Support the overall internal communication strategy by conveying the right messages in communications and writings, and ensures that projects are aligned;
- Update the intranet and ensure compliance with procedures related to its use ;
- Anticipate internal communication needs and produce content accordingly. Excellent writing skills are required in both languages;
- Produce the editorial calendar for various communication channels in collaboration with the manager;
- Advise teams (HR, IT, DEI, etc.) on specific projects to be communicated to employees.
