We are looking for an experienced Sr. Internal Communications Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving TextNow’s internal communication and employer branding efforts, ensuring employees and prospective candidates are informed, engaged, and connected to our mission and values.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications plan to keep employees aligned with company objectives, values, and culture.
  • Create and execute comms on LinkedIn and relevant platforms to promote our culture, values, and employee experiences, positioning us as an employer of choice.
  • Partner with recruitment and People team to align the employer brand with online talent acquisition strategiesthat enhance our reputation.
  • Lead the planning and messaging for company-wide town halls, ensuring effective two-way communication and engagement.
  • Create and manage internal content, including executive communications, organizational updates, and other employee-facing materials.
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver timely and clear messaging related to organizational changes, new initiatives, and key business priorities.
  • Drive the narrative for major internal events, milestones, and announcements, ensuring consistency with our external communications and branding.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms and regularly measure the effectiveness of internal communications to continuously improve engagement.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture team to enhance employee experience and promote company culture through communication efforts.
  • Manage crisis communications internally, ensuring swift, accurate, and transparent responses to sensitive matters.
