    TenneT is growing fast to realize its strategic ambitions. We play a leading role in driving the energy transition. We are looking for a passionate Senior Internal Control Advisor at our location Arnhem who will contribute to this and that might be you?
    The position is located in the unit Audit, Risk and Compliance & Integrity (ARC), which supports the corporate governance of TenneT Holding B.V. and TenneT TSO B.V. You will be working in the Risk & Internal Control team.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO TENNET

We are looking for someone who supports us in various areas:

  • Develop and strengthen the risk and internal control function to support the organization’s compliance with governance and regulatory requirements and obligations
  • Further developing and managing the internal control framework (policies, processes and procedures)
  • Regular comprehensive risk and process analysis to ensure accurate design of controls and definition of mitigating actions in all critical areas
  • Periodic review procedures to validate the design and operating effectiveness of controls and recommend mitigation and remediation actions where necessary
  • Implementing improvements to internal control processes and systems to increase efficiency, data quality and employee engagement, as well as reduce complexity and eliminate manual work.
  • Regularly monitor the status of control implementation and report to key stakeholders
  • Prepare, organize, follow-up and conclude on the corporate & local letter of representation process
  • Organize and deliver control training, workshops and consultancy
  • Liaise with external auditors and other regulators to facilitate requests, follow up and monitor findings
  • Support internal control awareness within the organization
